PAYMENT POLICY AND TERMS

To help our customers fully understand the policies and terms of IIG Vietnam, the representative organization authorized by ETS in Vietnam, we hereby provide the following information. Customers are kindly requested to carefully read the following policies before confirming payment.
I. Sales / Service Provision Policy
- Service Description
IIG Vietnam provides the following services:
- Registration for international examinations/certifications (including TOEIC, TOEFL, TOPIK, JOT, etc.; Information Technology; AP and other professional certification examinations) via iigvietnam.com and registration websites/platforms under the IIG Vietnam system;
- Registration for online training courses (E-learning) via elearning.iigvietnam.com. Detailed information regarding each examination/course (including content, delivery format, and fees) is published on the corresponding product description page before customers proceed with registration.
- Service Delivery Method and Processing Time After Payment
- Examination Registration: Once payment is successfully completed, the system will record the registration and send a confirmation email within 24 hours. A registration shall be deemed successful only after payment has been completed and the confirmation email has been received from the system.
- Course Registration (E-learning): The course account will be activated, and access information will be sent via email within no later than 2 business days from the time the successful payment is recorded.

II. Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
This policy applies to customers who request to reschedule an examination, cancel a registration, or obtain a refund. Customers are kindly requested to read and confirm that they fully understand this policy before confirming payment.
- Cases Eligible for Exchange / Cancellation / Refund
- Customers may request an examination or course rescheduling, cancellation, and/or refund consideration only when they comply with the applicable regulations and satisfy all conditions specified in the Exchange/Cancellation Policy for the corresponding examination or course.
- IIG Vietnam cancels an examination schedule or course due to force majeure events (including natural disasters, epidemics, technical incidents, etc.).
- Payment transactions that fail, are duplicated, or contain system-related errors.
- Applicable Fees
Exchange/cancellation fees (if any) shall be applied in accordance with the regulations applicable to each examination or course. Please refer here for details.
- Processing Time and Refund Method
- Refund Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 07–10 business days for QR payment methods, or 15–45 business days for Visa card payments, counted from the date IIG Vietnam receives a complete and valid refund request.
- Refund Method: Refunds (if any) will be returned to the same card/account originally used by the customer for payment. IIG Vietnam does not provide cash refunds or refunds through a payment method different from the original payment method.
- Requests for exchange, cancellation, or refund must be submitted via the Hotline: 1900 636 929 (during business hours) or the support email specified in Section I.3.
III. Invoice Issuance Policy
- Invoice Request Procedure
Customers who require an invoice are requested to register and provide their invoice information (organization name, tax identification number, billing address, and invoice recipient's email address) directly on the system at the time of registration. Note: The system does not support invoice information submission via email.
- Invoice Type
IIG Vietnam issues electronic invoices (e-invoices) in accordance with Decree No. 254/2026/ND-CP and Circular No. 91/2026/TT-BTC on electronic invoices and electronic documents (effective from July 1, 2026).
- Invoice Issuance Timeline and Delivery Method
- Invoice Issuance Timeline:
- For examination services and paper-based examinations, the electronic invoice will be issued after the customer's registration has been successfully confirmed.
- For examination software, test preparation tools, and training courses, the electronic invoice will be issued upon delivery of the goods and/or services to the customer.
- Invoice Delivery Method: The electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration or invoice information declaration.
IV. Payment Timeline
- Online Examination Registration
Candidates are required to complete payment within 15 minutes after completing the registration information and being redirected to the payment gateway. After this period, if they wish to continue the registration process, they must restart the registration procedure.
- Payment Confirmation
A registration confirmation email, together with any related service information, will be sent to the email address provided by the candidate within 24 hours. If the email is not received, the candidate should contact the Hotline 1900 636 929 during business hours for assistance. A registration shall be deemed successful only after the payment has been completed and a confirmation email has been issued by the system.
V. Payment Channels and Methods
Customers may make payments on the IIG Vietnam website through integrated payment gateways, including VNPay, MBPay, and MoMo, which support domestic payment cards as well as international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB). These payment gateways provide a secure, fast, and convenient online payment experience without any additional transaction fees charged by IIG Vietnam.
The integrated payment gateways enable candidates to complete transactions quickly, accurately, and securely at any time and from any location, while minimizing the risks associated with cash payments. Customers may use domestic ATM cards, credit cards, or debit cards issued by various banks and international card organizations to complete their payments.
VI. Payment Terms
Customers are kindly requested to carefully read the following payment terms.
- Customers must ensure that they satisfy the age requirements prescribed by applicable laws for the use of online payment services and shall be solely responsible for any issues arising from their use of such services.
- Customers represent and warrant that they are the lawful and authorized users of the credit card, debit card, or ATM card used to make payments on this Website.
- Customers undertake to provide complete and accurate information when making online payments. If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, IIG Vietnam reserves the right to reject the transaction.
- Customers undertake not to use the online payment system on this Website to:
- interfere with or disrupt other users' access to, or the operation of, the Website;
- engage in unauthorized transactions or obtain information without authorization; or
- carry out any other activities in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
- In addition to the information set out in IIG Vietnam's Privacy Policy, Customers acknowledge and agree that IIG Vietnam may use their personal information for the purpose of processing online payment transactions and performing activities related thereto. Customers' personal information shall be protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Customers shall not incur any payment processing fees charged by IIG Vietnam for transactions made on this Website. However, Customers shall be responsible for any fees or charges imposed by their bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
- In the event of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, IIG Vietnam will cooperate with the relevant payment intermediaries (including VNPay, MBPay, and MoMo) in handling such cases in accordance with the regulations of the relevant card organizations and applicable laws.
By completing an online payment on the IIG Vietnam Website, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Payment Policy and Terms, including the Sales / Service Provision Policy, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Invoice Issuance Policy set forth in Sections I, II, and III.
If Customers do not agree with any provision of these Payment Policy and Terms, they should discontinue the transaction and exit the Online Payment page immediately.
